- Team formation: Teams are formed with a maximum of 12 members each. Teams are distinguished by the unique colors of “khăn rằn” scarves.
- Escort support: Each team is accompanied by an English-speaking escort to ensure safety and provide insights about Saigon during the journey.
- Technology integration: Every team is equipped with a mobile phone, used to scan QR codes at each checkpoint to receive tasks, report results upon completing challenges, and obtain the location of the next checkpoint from the organizers.
- Resources: Teams are provided with a small amount of cash to purchase items or pay for public transportation as required.

- Task: Find and purchase 4 symbolic items: conical hat, keychain, wind chime, and paper fan.
- How to Complete: Teams must collaborate to purchase these items from 4 different stalls in the market.
Checkpoint 2: Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street
- Task: Observe and memorize the advertising signs on the buildings along this pedestrian street.
- How to Complete: Efficiently assign roles within the team to remember the signs and answer questions accurately.
Checkpoint 3: Municipal Central Post Office
- Task: Decode a word puzzle to identify the secret code, then visit the post office to purchase postcards with the code.
- How to Complete: Assign team members to engage with local residents to help decode the message.
Checkpoint 4: Independence Palace
- Task: Answer questions about the history of the Independence Palace and complete a puzzle featuring its symbol.
- How to Complete: Listen to the guide’s explanation to gather information for answering history-related questions.
