Team building Mui Ne, Phan Thiet

About 22km from Phan Thiet City, Mui Ne is a famous tourist destination of Binh Thuan province. The place name of Mui Ne is explained in many different ways. Mui Ne is most simply understood geographically as the cape that “avoids” the wind and waves of local fishermen because the sea there always has one side facing the wind causing big waves and the other side being sheltered from the wind creating calm waters. Another explanation, according to Mr. Sakaya, a researcher of Champa Culture, from a cultural standpoint, is that this is the land where the Cham goddess Bia Nai Naih is worshiped, from the personal name of Naih or Néh, the Vietnamese read it incorrectly so that “Néh” becomes “Né”.

After the total solar eclipse event on October 24, 1995, Mui Ne with blue sea, white sand, “tilting” coconut trees, and idyllic fishing village was awakened to meet the needs of tourists when the tourism industry of Vietnam had just opened. After decades of development, Mui Ne – Phan Thiet is still the first destination to consider before every vacation plan for families or businesses because of the constant innovation there.

Team building is a continuous, persistent process that helps a work group develop into a cohesive team. Team members not only share expectations about completing team tasks, but also trust, support each other, and respect each other’s individual differences. With good teamwork skills, team building activities are a perfect choice to help you unite employees around a common goal and create higher productivity.

Why choose Mui Ne (Phan Thiet) for holiday and team building activities for families and businesses?

  • Easy access: Dau Giay – Phan Thiet expressway has a length of 99 km, 6 lanes, maximum allowed speed of 120 km/h and was officially put into operation from April 30 last year. The distance and travel time have been significantly reduced, previously it was 200km with 5 hours of travel, now it is 142km, speed 120km/h, so the time is only about 70 minutes to 2 hours.
  • “Resort capital”: Famous as the “resort capital”, Mui Ne offers tourists many choices of accommodation facilities from high-end to affordable resorts and hotels stretching from the inner city to the suburbs of Mui Ne, recently spreading from Tien Thanh to Ham Thuan Nam district. Mui Ne area alone has 199 accommodation establishments, accounting for about 50% of the number of rooms in the whole province. Some 5* resorts in Mui Ne have large capacity such as Mandala Cham Bay (824 rooms), Centara Mirage (984 rooms), Sea Links City (nearly 1000 rooms in hotel & apartment villa), etc.
  • Breathtaking landscape: Participating in team building Mui Ne, all participants suddenly become small before the majestic space of giant sand blocks and are overwhelmed by the beauty of the clear, blue coastline. Regardless of the northern route of Mui Ne – Hon Rom – Bau Trang, or the southern route of Tien Thanh – Ke Ga, the road is like a winding silk strip and hugs the strait for dozens of kilometers, with a bustling atmosphere in some places of the resorts, in some places there are only rustic natural pictures with wind and sand.
  • Fresh seafood: As a coastal city, Phan Thiet is of course proud of its diverse, fresh, and affordable seafood. Most Phan Thiet seafood dishes are prepared simply and rustically to retain the full flavor of the sea, such as grilled, grilled with onion fat, grilled with salt and chili, or steamed with fish sauce and lemongrass, so the menus everywhere look familiar. Some typical dishes will definitely satisfy even the most demanding gourmets such as grilled scallops with onion fat, steamed snails with ginger, sour grouper soup, raw oysters with mustard, grilled lobster with cheese, and seafood spring rolls, etc.
  • Diverse sports: Phan Thiet is attractive thanks to its diversity in sports activities. There is wind all year round, which explains why Binh Thuan is chosen as the best place to play sea sports in Vietnam such as surfing, windsurfing & kitesurfing. Tourists also have the opportunity to ride on 4-wheeled off-road motorbikes, overcome steep sand slopes, and enjoy conquering the vast “deserts” in Mui Ne and Bau Trang. Golf courses in Binh Thuan possess natural beauty and many interesting challenges, attracting many golfers to practice and play golf. Each golf course has its own unique characteristics, to bring a comprehensive experience to players such as Sea Links & Country Club, Du Parc golf club Ocean Dunes, Binh Thuan NovaWorld.
  • ndigenous culture: Not only known for “blue sea, white sand, golden sunshine”, Phan Thiet also owns 19 cultural heritages that have been ranked by the state. Po Sah Inu Tower was built by the Cham people in the 8th century, a testament to more than 1,000 years of ups and downs in history. Duc Thanh School is the place that marks the events of Uncle Ho’s youth, with the name Nguyen Tat Thanh stopping to teach from September 1910 to February 1911, with enthusiasm and affection. The performance program “Legends of the Fishing Village” on a majestic 4-story stage recreates the unique culture and daily life of coastal people with seafaring, salt making, and fish sauce making.
